Tim Benedetto Spoke at LSBA’s Workers’ Comp Event

On November 7, Tim Benedetto will speak at this year’s annual Workers’ Comp CLE event, “Workers Comp: Tips, Tools, & Tactics”. Hosted by the Louisiana State Bar Association, the event will be held at the Renaissance Baton Rouge Hotel.

Tim Benedetto, who has several years of experience in serving as a prolific attorney in the state will be offering his expertise and guidance on “The Evolving Role of Independent Medical Examinations” from 8:45 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. for Louisiana attorneys, employers, and those who need the latest information regarding workers’ compensation.

Tim Benedetto, an attorney at Workers’ Compensation LLC, attended Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. He was president of Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law International, a pre-law fraternity.

After graduation, he went to study at the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center, graduating with a Juris Doctor and a Graduate’s Diploma in Comparative Law. After graduation, he was hired by Workers’ Compensation, LLC as an attorney after working for them briefly as a law clerk.

Event attendees will not only learn valuable information but have an opportunity to enlist in debates, converse with other attendees, and ask Tim Benedetto questions. The seminar has also been approved for up to six and a quarter hours of CLE credits including an hour applicable to ethics and professionalism.

This seminar is one of the most important legal events in Louisiana for those who protect workers in the state.
